The Team

Joanne has had an extensive career, starting in the North East of England with Northern Rock before travelling south and relocating for a career change in hotel management. An exciting fast-paced admin role at YELL beckoned before maternity. Joanne is a mother to 2 beautiful girls and can be seen walking her cavapoo either in National Parks or on the beaches of Northumberland.

During the working day i am a logistics coordinator with a focus on export operations, dedicated to keeping supply chains running smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, I thrive on solving problems before they arise and ensuring that every shipment reaches its destination on time. Outside of work, I channel my creativity into sewing and crafting—whether it’s designing something new or bringing old materials back to life, I love working with my hands and making things that are both beautiful and useful

Lisa is an integral part of our Accounts Team, bringing experience gained over many years across various industries. 

Outside of work, Lisa leads a full and vibrant life. She’s a proud mother to two daughters and has a special place in her heart for dogs. Lisa’s love for adventure often takes her abroad, with Spain holding a special spot as her favourite destination When she’s not traveling, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen, indulging her passion for cooking and creating delicious meals. Lisa is our very own Ms Klaus.

In her spare time, Marissa can be found watching Rugby locally, cheering on Sunderland AFC or travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Darawan has been working in the software industry for 10 years. She has always been energetic and eager to learn new skills. 2021 was the best year for her so far because she gave birth to her first baby. Her favourite food is without a doubt Shabu-shabu, a hotpot dish served with thinly sliced meat and vegetables – it’s delicious and a dish that most Thais enjoy.

Having spent over 20 year career within Engineering, manufacturing and Construction recruitment I changed direction and took a leap of faith into the dynamic world of Logistics as Global Sales Manager – my goal is to bring innovation to the logistics process by working closely with each customer to fully understand the process of Import and Export offering a service that is tailored to the exact needs of their business, which is central to my success in building long term business relationships with new and existing customers.

Outside of work I love nothing more than spending time with my children whether on a walk or going to try a new restaurant and cuisines; I love cooking and recently tried my hand at baking and have now perfected my Banana bread!

Following the dream I moved to UK from Poland with my husband. Joined a ThinkPrime team with nearly 3 years experience as a customs broker ready to learn and gain experience in the logistics industry.

Jolanta loves spending time with friends and family.

In her free time she is trying to travel and visit new places. Her love of animals will hopefully mean she will one day have her own furry family in the near future.

With a glittering resume ranging from Marketing, Social media and a long spell at the Royal Bank of Scotland Lauren brings her world of experience to the ThinkPrime accounts team, with a passion for her dogs, cycling, house building and raising 2 beautiful kids Lauren is a lady on a mission!

As brand guardian for ThinkPrime, Gareth provides the collective of both his individual talents plus that of his design agency ‘Engage Convert’. Ingredients are creative and brand strategy.

Gareth’s focus is to head up communications, promoting ThinkPrime’s positive company culture, it’s passion for customer service and to convey the diverse range of logistics services ThinkPrime offer. We do things differently here at ThinkPrime. The brand underpins the ethos. Smarter, Global Logistics, its always at the core of our visual language. When not running his design agency Gareth’s other passions of music and motorsport will be stealing his time.

James has over 10 years in the logistics industry. From customs entries to loading containers and busily tracking shipments around the world, there’s a lot he’s experienced but is still eager to learn more.

In his free time, James is a family man who is constantly kept on his toes by his wife and two children, especially on family game nights.”

Meet Kinga- full-time human, part-time toddler chaser, and Operations team member at ThinkPrime Ltd, because apparently managing a small human wasn’t quite enough adrenaline.

Kinga brings several years of customs clearance experience and a borderline romantic love for operations & logistics.
At ThinkPrime, she handles air imports, road transport, and customs clearance entries, bringing strong multitasking skills, exceptional punctuality, and sharp attention to detail to keep everything run smoothly.
Whether she’s moving cargo across borders or keeping a toddler on the move, Kinga keeps everything move smoothly

With a passion for history, travelling, and geography, she’s practically tailor‑made for the logistics world. Blending her education with her role, Amelia attends college on the days she’s not working.

Outside of work, she’s a budding food reviewer and Harry Potter–mad, bringing curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm with Magic into everything she does.

I was actually turning pro at tennis in my youth and was forced to stop through injury, although im still keen sportsman and play various sports when time is available, mainly muay thai kickboxing these days. Also a father to a daughter who has joined the industry also.

As System Administrator at ThinkPrime, Kamphon is the calm force working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. In his daily work with colleagues, he brings not only reliability but also a warm smile.

Outside of work, Kamphon is truly a devoted family man and is happiest when he’s at home — his favourite place to be.

Whether spending time with his family, caring for his beloved pets, or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the garden he created himself, these simple moments mean the most to him.

Professionally, she has experience in logistics, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight bookings. She has recently transitioned into a sales role, where she continues to expand her knowledge and develop her skills. She is highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to delivering the best possible solutions for customers.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, exploring good food—especially beef dishes and matcha—listening to music, and traveling as a way to relax and recharge.

In addition, she plays tennis regularly on weekends and has been playing since childhood. This experience has helped her develop strong focus, discipline, and energy, which she brings into her professional life.

He grew up in the countryside, which made him a chilled guy. Outside of work, he holds a Black-Red belt in Taekwondo and played football in the Thailand U-17 Youth League with Sisaket FC.

And whenever he heads back to his hometown, he happily switches roles from logistics to farmer life, a balance that keeps him connected to where he started.
