We Are ThinkPrime

Paul joined ThinkPrime following a long and successful career in the automotive sector. Having spent over 20 years in sales and senior management, he’ll be managing the company’s existing client base while working to develop new opportunities and creating long-lasting relationships. Outside of work, he’s married with two lovely daughters and can normally be found swimming, cycling or running as he trains towards his next Ironman triathlon.

Sarah has worked within the airfreight industry for the last 16 years, Sarah has gained experience in a wide range of specialisms from general cargo and project cargo, to temperature controlled shipping and letters of credit. She enjoys working directly with our partners and customers, helping them with their supply chain needs. Sarah is our resident Dangerous Goods expert – as well as being DG qualified and holding two IATA/FIATA diplomas. Outside the office, Sarah loves travelling and has done so extensively through Europe, South America and Asia – often undertaking valuable voluntary work at the same time. This has led to her supporting a dog rescue charity in Romania, adopting three street dogs

In her spare time, Marissa can be found watching Rugby locally, cheering on Sunderland AFC or travelling and spending time with family and friends.

With a glittering resume ranging from Marketing, Social media and a long spell at the Royal Bank of Scotland Lauren brings her world of experience to the ThinkPrime accounts team, with a passion for her dogs, cycling, house building and raising 2 beautiful kids Lauren is a lady on a mission!

As brand guardian for ThinkPrime, Gareth provides the collective of both his individual talents plus that of his design agency ‘Engage Convert’. Ingredients are creative and brand strategy.

Gareth’s focus is to head up communications, promoting ThinkPrime’s positive company culture, it’s passion for customer service and to convey the diverse range of logistics services ThinkPrime offer. We do things differently here at ThinkPrime. The brand underpins the ethos. Smarter, Global Logistics, its always at the core of our visual language. When not running his design agency Gareth’s other passions of music and motorsport will be stealing his time.

I am Carmen Figueroa, coming from the warm Colombia in the corner of South America.
Since I have started at ThinkPrime i have felt this team as my own family, I have been working in Logistics for more than 20 years in Colombia and also the UK. In my spare time I love to know different places in the UK, try different types of food and also, I like to play table tennis & bowling. I love when my colleagues at ThinkPrime enjoy and try my colombian food, "empanadas" and coffee. When i get chance i love to spend time with my Family in Bogota.

Jukkrit has dedicated five years to mastering licensing, and free trade agreements in the logistics world. Seeking new challenges, he recently transitioned to a broader role within logistics. Outside of work, he finds joy in running, viewing it as both a physical and mental rejuvenation. Photography is his cherished hobby, where he captures moments that resonate deeply, telling stories through his lens. Additionally, he embraces driving as an art, continuously refining his skills on the open road.
